European Wildcat (Felis silvestris silvestris): it is not a feral cat

The European or Forest Wildcat (Felis silvestris silvestris) lives in scattered populations through Europe, Turkey and the Caucasus. Domestic cats come from Afro-Asiatic Wildcat (F. s. libyca) and can interbreed freely with wildcats in nature.
